Six Sigma White Belt Training Course
This course provides an introduction to Six Sigma. By attending the course the participants will:
- Be able to answer the question of “What is Six Sigma”
- Gain a general understanding about the Six Sigma methodology
- Become familiar with the Basic Six Sigma Tools in the DMAIC model
- Able to establish Measures of Success
- How & when to apply the Six Sigma tools
- Know the role everyone plays in the success of Six Sigma Projects
- Understand the link between Six Sigma and your customers
- Introduction to Yellow and Green Belt Training
Format
1 day 9.00 am to 5:00 pm
Cost
$440.00 for members of AOQ (GST inclusive)
$528 .00 for non-members of AOQ (GST inclusive)
(AOQ members receive a 10% discount for three or more people attending from the same organisation on the same course)
The cost includes coffee/tea on arrival, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, course notes and workshop materials.
