This is a one day course. It covers the concepts of process mapping and provides some hands on experience to the participants. The primary focus of this course is on SIPOC (supplier, Input, Processes, Output and Customers) process mapping for process improvement projects. The SIPOC process mapping is commonly used in Six Sigma DMAIC projects.
